Went here to exchange shoes that were a Christmas gift, but were a half size too small. They were brand new in the box. Was told that they couldnt do anything without a receipt because they might be stolen? Luckily we were able to find a receipt, with the help of the staff a the Skyview store. Exchange was done there!

Worst shoe store in the city, I would give them zero stars if possible. I went into the store a couple of weeks ago to buy a new pair of shoes. The manager of the store was nothing but rude to me and other customers while we were shopping. The staff were zero help during my time there, I even had to go and find someone so I could pay for the shoes. On top of all this the quality of the shoes was so terrible that they broke the day after I purchased them. I will not be returning to this store and caution anyone who is thinking of shopping here to find another shoe store to purchase shoes from.

Friendly staff here. I had to exchange shoes that didn't fit comfortable. No hassle.
