A little disappointed with their pricing. I found a pair of Nike slides I really liked, bought them and got home to find that the suggested retail marked on the tag and outside of the box is $35 and their price is $37.99. I know it's only a couple of bucks, but every penny counts these days.

I came in the store with my family, the two old ladies that were working on Saturday, July 2, 2022 were standing around just talking. Looking right at us multiple times, they continued to just ignore us. I waved at them and ask them if they worked here. One of them finally came over with attitude and seemed really mad that we had a question and she had to stop her conversation. My wife asked her about a specific pair of shoes and the lady snapped at her. I told her that her customer service sucks and not to talk to my wife like that. She insinuated that I was rude to her and the other lady just standing around said exactly this “there’s the door”. Horrible experience, DON’T SHOP HERE! If you don’t like to work in customer service and help people, don’t! We went down the way to the next shoe store, the young lady that helped us was awesome. She didn’t mind looking for a certain size.

Good place for a good section of shoes Woman’s, kids and mens shoes

was trying on crocs, 2 ladies employees were less than 5 feet from me, staring at me with a frown. Found the pair i like, but i got bothered by the employee frowning at me. I returned the item back the shelve and exited the store without purchase. I actually regret returning the item back to its place, i should of actually left it on the floor and make that frowning lady work. What ever the reason that frown was, possibly racial profiling, I will never come back. I actually felt uncomfortable. shame on you.

Lots of variety and price points. Clean, organized & friendly. Happy customers. I recommend this store especially at Back-To-School. Families could save $$$!

I bought 2 shoes for my son today for the new school year. I love the wide shoe selection and the staff was always nearby inquiring if help was needed.

No customer service Not 1 staff member offered assistance

Ok usually my experience is really good. However today...not so much. The assistant manager Baylee really needs to work on her customer service skills. I needed to exchange some shoes. I didn't have the box because when I bought the shoes I wasn't told I needed the box to return. I was given the choice to keep the box or leave it. Anyways Baylee very rudly told me to make sure next time to keep the box. Even though on the receipt it says No Box..No problem. Plus she never moved from behind the till the whole time I was in there. I exchanged my shoes for something else. But next time if she's in there I will not be going in.

They have a very wide variety of shoes and sizes. They're very helpful and knowledgeable. The store is very bright and clean.
