Red Roof Inn Kalamazoo East – Expo Center

I love the staff there the front desk worker robbert is a good guy n always likes to make jokes. The housekeepers that r mom n daughter that work there r so sweet n caring. Even though the hotel has some not so good people that won't stay away no matter what the hotel does I still feel safe there every time I stay cause if anyone was to try to mess with me or any female staying there by herself the staff there are always on it n taking care of it

Great location. Great prices. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms, hotel staff wonderful, they go above and beyond ! Staff is tolerant of Nerodivergent children and their animals!You guys keep your rates reasonable, better than your competitors down the road!!nnPlease give your staff a much needed raise they go above and beyond

Room was okay, everything worked, ALL lights, television, water and shower, including the heat system, sheets were clean on bed and pillows were comfy! Only dilemma was there wasn't a mini fridge in the room I was in, though I managed without it...other than that I slept well and and enjoyed the hospitality

Horrible room, not clean. No bugs that I seen but holes in the mattress, spring trying to evacuate into your back. The worst motel I've stayed in my adult life. Do not cheap out pay the extra 20-30 $ to stay anywhere else but here.

Room was great, everything worked. The front desk person was friendly and efficient. Unfortunately no coffee maker in the room, the vending machine area was locked. Also the liquid soap dispensers were crap, hardly gave you any soap or shampoo. Likely will stay again.
