Overall clean but I just happened to be the unlucky one. Stayed there for 2 days last week and I ended up with ton of bug bites. I saw a bug on the bed on my first day and it was a tiny one. I got rid of it but never thought it would have it's family living in that bed. Now I have itchy...  I mean terrible itchy bug bites all over both my arms, shoulders, behind my neck and upper back. Talked to my doctor and it seems there is a shot you can get to make it not itch. Room 328. Stay away. There's a Crowne plaza opposite to this hotel. If location is your priority. Why take risk?

Great location if you're flying in and out of AZO! Friendly Staff, clean rooms. Solid Hampton Inn all around.

The staff here we're very nice. The hotel and rooms were well kept.  Our room had a sliding door that could either slide left and close the closet or slide right and close the bathroom, but not both at the same time.  That would be fine, except it had no lock on the bathroom side. It made the bathroom look like another closet, and you couldn't stop people from 'looking in the closet' when you were in the bathroom. The breakfast was nice.  The eggs were the same rubbery microwaved eggs that all Hampton Inns have, but the fruit was particularly fresh and toppings for the waffles we're more varied. (My kids say thanks for that). The lost stars are for one thing that spooked me about the levels of hidden cleanliness.  When I checked in I went to get hot water for tea and the water came out Brown and smelling of coffee.  It was obvious the urn had been used for coffee last, and was not even rinsed out when it was refilled and set out as hot water.  Then the same thing happened at a different hot water urn at breakfast the next morning. (I have pictures of the brown water next to clear water. I'm not imagining it.) It really made me question the kitchen cleanliness practices.  Not sure I'll come back.

Rooms are nice ! Great value !! Always stay at Hilton chain , 1 star because there was no breakfast to speak of and no one in kitchen to replenish at 9:05am.

Everything was very nice, and not at all outdated. Plus there was not chocolate. Ours friends rooms roof leaked, but the staff quickly accommodated, and it was due to the VERY heavy rain.
