Radisson Plaza Hotel at Kalamazoo Center

We stayed in two adjoining rooms on the ninth floor. It was amazing! Everything from check in to check out was friendly, efficient and made a relaxing weekend! The rooms were spotless! As was the lobby, pool and hallways. The food brick and Brine was delicious and reasonably priced!nI would recommend this hotel in an instant!nThank you!

Nice place, clean, staff friendly, meal vouchers + Starbucks voucher on the last day very nice. Gym has what is needednn9th floor bar area with free water & coffee was a great extra to discover

Basic enough. Terrible breakfast options. the nice sports bar is currently under renovations so is temporarily located in a non atmospheric spot. The showers are very poorly designed and do not provide enough flow. Not many options in Kalamazoo downtown for hotels so this is probably one of the better ones but many areas could do with improvement. Staff are nice however, especially the valet team who are super friendly.

We used to stay here for a special treat - it was always so nice and clean. The pool and hot tub were disgusting. Trash in the pool and surrounding areas. Unknown substances floating in the pool. Hallways were full of beer cans and trash. Room service closed and 10pm on a Saturday night. Main bar and store under renovations. Will never stay here again

Nice enough. Bed was pretty worn out. Room is tiny tiny, like easier to use the bathroom with the door open small. Literally had to leave the shower running almost 5 min to get barely warm water, then about 15 min in it finally gets simi hot. Wifi is spotty. I was here for a week they only came in to clean once. Not suggested for more then a night, maybe 2.
