Comfort Inn

No heat in the room parking is terrible beds were supposed to be 2 Queensize they were more like a twin extra definitely not suitable for 2 adults in one bed The parking lot is terribly tiny not enough parking for half the rooms The back side parking is extremely narrow we nearly hit a parked car just trying to get out of it. If I could I give this comfort inn whete there is 0 comfort negative 50 stars . We have stayed at many different comfort inn hotels in the past however after this experience we will not be staying at this hotel chain again. The thermostat isn't even connected all the wires bare within the wall.

I’ve stayed at this location on multiple occasions when I am in town visiting friends and/or some of the bars downtown. They’re in a great location for both reasons, for me. The rooms I’ve had have always been clean, fully stocked, and adequate for its purpose. There may be some damage from previous visitors in some rooms, but nothing so far that takes away from my stay. When checking in, I am always greeted and treated kindly, which is not always the case in many establishments around town. On occasion, some of the female employees I’ve encountered are often to the point when we speak, and one charged me a little more than what was quoted on the Choice app when I requested to stay another night; however, they have never been rude necessarily. The guys have always been pleasant and kind though, and for that I thank them.

I'm not one to post reviews, but this was the most disgusting brand umbrella hotel I have ever seen. Stayed 1 night 3.25.25 and demanded a refund. The attached photos should speak for themselves, but the highlight was waking up and finding freshly hatched bedbug nymphs fueled up on my blood. Do not stay here! The service was relatively kind, but running a place like this puts people's home life at risk with an active bedbug infestation. Bonus carpet beetles too!

The girl at the front desk is nice and helpful but that was it. The breakfast is not cook throughly and all bread is hard and stale. The room is ok but have some broken shelves and curtains are ripped. Need to have some help here and some cleaning up on property.

Stayed at this hotel for one night while at a work conference. I was welcomed with a thoughtful welcome bag full of snacks and a water bottle for being a choice hotels member. This was such a memorable action and will make me recommend this hotel to others in the future
