We’re located off Interstate 94 and three miles from the Kalamazoo/Battlecreek International Airport (AZO). We offer a free shuttle service that takes guests to and from the airport, as well as free self-parking. During your stay visit some of our local breweries or head into downtown Kalamazoo.

Stopped at this hotel from traveling 12 hours in a snow storm to visit family for the holidays. Best decision we made! Hotel staff was super friendly and awesome, bar had good food and drinks, best pet-friendly last-minute stay choice we made. 100% recommend if you need a nice place to sleep and recharge from traveling.Rooms: 4/5
The hotel staff was very welcoming and accommodating of a large group of us that stayed over the weekend. The bartender kept the drinks flowing and the breakfast buffet was tasty. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.Rooms: 5/5
I have stayed at the Four Points multiple times since I travel for work in Kalamazoo. I have had an excellent experience each time. The team that works here is so helpful and accommodating. The restaurant is awesome. And best of all, there’s always coffee available in the lobby!Rooms: 5/5
I just got done from a long exhausting trip. I was looking forward to getting up for a breakfast that is offered at most hotels. I spent over $300 for 2 nights. As I came down in the morning, I was informed that their breakfast was $15 for eggs, sausage, pancakes, and toast. I just believe this is below the standard. Save your money and get a better breakfast for cheaper elsewhere. That is the only reason for the low score. Rooms and workers were friendly. Just didn’t meet the expectations.
So many negatives! My room was dirty with an old Pringle chip container on the floor, used ear plugs on the floor, paint chips on the floor, and water damage to the wall above the heating/cooling unit. Long curly black hairs on the bed. Disgusting! Do not think about getting any sleep as the traffic from 94 is SO loud. The heating and cooling unit also roars every time it comes on. I had to ask for another clean room but then was unable to sleep anyways. Had it not been for the conference I had to attend on-site and the 3 hour drive I would have gone home. Only positive were the food staff and the food was good. I would recommend staying elsewhere if you actually want to hood nights sleep in a clean room.
Loved the room. Bed was very comfortable. Could use a little more lighting when you enter. Other then that it was a very enjoyable stay. Limited hours on food and lounge, but understandable.Rooms: 4/5
I stayed here i think when I came to Michigan for a funeral. The place was completely empty. Nobody was in it except the staff so that basically enhanced my experience of the place. Showers were good, beds were good, pretty much everything about the place was good.Rooms: 4/5
Staff were very friendly, however our room had NOT been cleaned. Linens looked to be changed and fresh towels placed in the bathroom but we found someone’s hair tie on the floor and old papers had been left on the tv stand. The floors had clearly not been vacuumed and surfaces had not been wiped down. We had to run to a wedding so had no time to ask for it to be taken care of. Breakfast buffet was hot and there was a nice variety of foods offered.
This is a very nice hotel near the airport. Super convenient and easy to get to. The room is spacious and has lots of furniture. The bathroom is very modern, which I loved. Theres plenty of water bottles inside the rooms, gym, and lobby; which is fantastic!!! most hotels dont have free water. Theres a cute little coffee machine in the lobby with lots of beverages to choose from; flavored coffee, decaf coffee, green tea, hot chocolate, etc. The staff were very helpful and even showed me how to use it! The gym has a nice selection of machines to work out on also. The breakfast was great, lots to choose from. The breakfast attendant? was very helpful. Overall, the staff here go above and beyond to give great service. Shuttle service to the airport was fantastic, the driver was already at the airport when we arrived. I travel for work and this has been the best hotel with the best customer service that I have ever been to. I love it here!! I definitely want to stay here again! 5 star service! friendly staff! thanks for making my stay so great! :
Friendly staff & clean. They charge for the same breakfast you can get at a 2 star complimentary. They do have a bar on site, as well as a diner. However, I was not impressed. This hotel should not be considered a 3-star. This place is a last resort stay. Noteworthy details: Parking lot riddled with potholes. Elevators not large enough. Location tucked away in a less favorable part of town. The only luggage cart available is falling apart & has a lopsided tire. The outlet placement in the room was inconvenient 6 feet from the "desk." I had to do computer work sitting on the floor. Barely a 2 star experience.
