Red Roof Inn Albany Airport

So, I recently booked a 2 night stay at the RED ROOF INN ALBANY AIRPORT hotel on November 3, 2017, which was last Friday and Saturday. I left there Saturday morning due to an infestation and a unsanitary, horrific experience at this hotel because they have bed bugs. The towels and wash cloths were dirty as well. I am extremely upset that none of the employees at this establishment do not have any care or concern for my family and myself about this matter! I spoke to many employees and they all are telling me that management is refusing to me a refund my 2 night I paid for. They're also trying to play with my intelligence and trying to convince me that it's not BED BUGS. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!! I need you guys to understand my issues as if it was your own families staying there. I mean for goodness sakes...we had a child with us and they were crawling in her bed as well. I do have pictures and videos of the hotel room with the bed bugs there. I just spoke to one of the representatives today and they are actually STILL try to convince me that it wasn't bed bugs...really are they serious?? Ladies and Gentleman, if you ever needed a place to stay in Albany NY by the airport. I beg you for the sake of yourself and family DO NOT...I repeat DO NOT ever make a reservation at the RED ROOF INN ALBANY AIRPORT!! My ratings for this Inn are POOR.

The room was neat and clean. Ebony and the new trainee at the front desk were as friendly as can be. Whatever they spray in the rooms smells lovely. We noticed a few planes that made plane noises when we first arrived, but after that we didn't notice them at all. Good value for what it cost.

Nice hotel. The rooms have been updated to match Red Roof's modern styling, however the building is in the style of an old motel. Rooms were clean and we'll furnished. The staff were friendly and informative.

Great experience for pet owners. They have plenty of room to walk them. As well as two pet areas. Beds were decent. And the staff was friendly. All for a good price.

The staff were very friendly and helpful when we interacted, even offering to let us print boarding passes when we asked for directions to the nearest print shop. The room was cool upon arrival, as the air had been on, making it comfortable for our prompt bedtime (our flight arrived at midnight). While the room looked as though parts of it had been broken and later repaired (a lamp above the bed had signs of being reattached) it was clean and served our purpose. The bedside clock was incorrect and the strip of three outlets beneath the bedside table, at first a pleasant surprise, only provided one working plug-in. There was an elevator to the second floor if required, and overall the stay was pleasant. Though another guest mentioned waking to the sound of planes, I slept undisturbed.
