My stay at the Red Roof Inn was pleasant and comfortable. The room was well kept and cozy. The large desk to work on my laptop, as well as the quality of the bedding were highlights. These amenities invited a satisfactory balance of productivity and rest. Management and staff are attentive and helpful. I felt safe and cared for. I had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at Red Roof Inn Albany Airport. The management and staff were very courteous, friendly, and professional. They all were very responsive to my needs and wants. The air conditioner in my room wasn't working very well when I got there, so I went to them for help and they very promptly figured out that the air conditioner needed to be replaced. Very quickly they replaced the air conditioner with a brand new one right out of the box. Also every time I saw one of the staff, they were quick to smile, to say hello, and ask if I needed anything. They are a top notch hotel and very reasonably priced. Thanks to all of you at Red Roof, you made my stay with my dog Luna Marie, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.
Very convenient location, great price, the room was a bit smelly like it hadn’t been used in awhile but the staff made sure I was accommodated and the wifi was great I was able to play my PS5 online with no issues. Also the door to the rooms can be upgraded/updated. I felt like it was really thin with the amount of outside activity I could hear and see. 6/10 overall. They just need a few upgrades and an elevator.
Really wish I could give this place 0 stars. Our stay was booked for 2 nights. However, after being in the room for 30 minutes getting bags to the room and starting to unpack, we realized the room was mentioned clearly started amenities. Keep in mind that the room was booked directly on the Red Roofs site. We proceed to go downstairs, and the front desk girl states there's nothing she can do about it. Huh?? This is information we're getting from your site/app. She stated that's not her problem and proceeded to tell me what she saw in the system on her end. Now, I'm not saying she's wrong, but at some point, when did you plan on letting the customer explain and show you what they're referring to. At this point, since they couldn't help and my needs weren't met, we decided it was best to checkout. After gathering all our belongings and heading back to the front desk now the front desk girl states she'll move our room. No thanks, we gave you a chance, and you chose not to listen. Upon checking out, we received a paper that stated a refund for the 2 nights and deposit. But after getting checked into a different hotel up the road, we received an email stating our red roof reservation was modified. What? No, we checked 6 that's it. Nope, the hotel modified our reservation so that they could charge us for the night even though we didn't stay. After driving back to the red roof hotel to see why our reservation was changed, we were informed that the manager would call the next day. It has been 3 days, and still no call, but I did get an email from the manager stating that no refund will be issued. Yeah ok we'll see about that. I wish I would've read the other reviews before booking with this place, and I hope this review helps others to decide to stay somewhere else.nnPLEASE DO NOT STAT HERE, THE ROOMS ARE DESCRIBED WRONG AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.
Anna was nothing but a pleasure the whole stay! You should consider yourself privileged to have such a sweet employee! Room was perfect.
