This is by far the best Red Robin in the area. We went to the one off greenback a little over and month ago and the service was slow and they messed up our order. This one, located across from the roseville galleria was EXCELLENT! The service was so quick. We had fries and drinks within 2 minutes of submitting our order. We also had a server checking on us every 5 minutes or so. They asked if we wanted refills on our drinks before they were even empty. It was just the best service we've had in awhile while out to eat. And to top it off... they got our order correct, and the food was so hot and fresh and ultimately DELICIOUS! I will definitely be going back to this location! So satisfied with the whole experience. Highly recommend. Kid-friendliness: We've been here with the kids and they all loved the food and wanted to come back. They have something to eat that everyone was happy with. Including pizza for my picky 6 year old! Wheelchair accessibility: Had easy wheelchair access into the building and several seating options to make it accessible to the tables.
I got the Tycoon burger that's a limited time burger and it was pretty good, could have used more pickles. The service was ok, it seemed like they were a little understaffed. At least they still have Bottomless Steak FriesFood: 4/5
Stopped in for lunch and burger was good. Could used a little salt and service was pretty quick as well. Over all decent experience and everything you would expect in a burger place.
Ordered 3 types of burgers with different types of bottomless fries. The fries were all delicious when they brought the right types. The burgers were ordered with 2 supposed to be "no pink" and one with "some pink" all 3 came out one step from being charcoal, and as dry. The server was great and fixed them all no problems and no grumpiness. I hate complaining, so it was nice to not feel like I made them mad. When they were served they came out great. So all was good in the end and it really didn't take too long to get them replaced. Drinks were also super tasty.
The visit started off fine. Server was friendly...asked us if we wanted a basket of fries while we decided what we wanted to order. We said sure and that's the first time she disappeared. We waited for 30 minutes and never received the fries. Then we ordered and sat for another 30 minutes waiting for our food. Finally our food was brought to the table and everything was cold. After waiving her down for refills on our drinks...she again asked if we wanted more fries. Again I said yes...only for no one to return for our drink refills or the fries. It costs too much to eat out to receive service like this. Small outs are big right now and it's just not worth the money for experiences like this. $60 for cold food and ghosting service is not worth it to me.
I imagine RR will go the way of other chains that have shuttered. Burgers were not much better than McD for 3X the $$. Fries were barely warm. Service was not smooth. Waited forever for the 2nd "bottomless" fries. While they recently updated their interior, restrooms haven't been cleaned in probably months. You can put lipstick on a pig and have all the great marketing and color pallets but if the food and service isn't great, you lose.
Shot through the heart, and Red Robin's to blame, they give food service a bad name... Not that the food is usually bad, however this time they gave me 11 small fries that were over cooked in my first basket that were cold some how, my moms wings were so over cooked you could barely stick a fork in them and ny sister was given normal chicken strips while I was given two normal and then two tiny chicken stips. In addition the staff seem to be all over the place doing a little bit of everything instead of sticking to their stations. The kitchen was extraordinary slow this evening and we repeatedly had to ask for more fries and side salads without receiving them until waiting over 20 to 30 minutes for them. Our server was decent, but could have been better if he wasn't having to do other's jobs for them. In addition to the heath code violations, such as the male kitchen and waiters not wearing hair nets even though they had long luscious/curly hair, face and hair touching following no hand washing and kitchen rags hanging out of pockets which usually carry lint along with various bacteria and fecal matter.
Came in around 9:15ish and ordered a couple of kids meals. They where super nice and everyone that walked by made sure I’d been helped
Delicious burgers, but slow service...especially when you sit outside. We waited a long time for our drink and fry refills. No fries to enjoy with the yummy burger, and no drinks to wash it down with : I suggest the digital table side kiosks include an option for waiter service especially for outside dining. The only real options on there is buy more food. But we just wanted fries and our lemonades refilled. What’s the point of bottomless if no service? All that aside, the burgers are still delicious. I loved my tavern burger with fried onions. And hubby inhaled his burning love burger. Mmmm!
Their burgers always live up to expectations, so I tried their new pizza and was not disappointed. Got the meat lovers version and enjoyed it. 10 inch was about the right size for one person. My order took a little longer than the burgers that the rest of my group had, but it was worth the wait. I'd order it again.Food: 5/5
