Red Lion Inn & Suites Jerome

We enjoyed this hotel a lot. The staff was very friendly and there was always plenty of hot chocolate and coffee. I was impressed that the management allowed one of their workers to bring a very young baby to work. I think that this shows good judgment in their corporate policy. Breakfast was also nice. They had supplies to make good breakfast sandwiches. Also they had delicious passionfruit and guava juice. The hotel is currently under renovations so if this bothers you you might want to find somewhere else to stay but we found it to be no inconvenience at all. Also it may be located in Jerome but it's extremely close to Twin Falls.

Yesterday, October 6, Friday, my son-in-law, my daughter and her two children and their dog were stranded at I-84 and Hwy. 93 as their car broke down around 9:00 p.m. or later. Trying to get them help to get to their home in Boise, ID took some time. As they tried to stay warm they walked over to the Red Lion Hotel in Jerome. They sat there for a while. The attendant was so moved that she gave them a complementary room so that the little girls, ages 4 and 15 months could have warmed and a comfortable bed, at least until arrangements were made for their pick up and travel to Boise. Kudos and blessings for what they did. They put the welfare of my family first, unbeknownst to me. Though I have not stayed there, this act of kindness deserves 5 stars....thank you, Red Lion and your staff. Blessings to you all.

This place had top notch customer service. Friends of mine had their car break down at this exit. They were travelling with their two young daughters and a dog. I drove in from Boise to rescue them. When I arrived the manager had put them up in a room so their two girls and mom could rest while their dad and I loaded up their car on a trailer. Classy. Well-done Red Lion Twin Falls!

We have stayed at 6 hotels on our trip from Washing state to Florida and back. This was by far the best. From price to cleanliness. The Staff was wonderful. Recommend.

Stayed here overnight. Front desk people very nice. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Large selection for breakfast. I would recommend this place to anyone! I would stay here again. Very good price too.
