Best Western Sawtooth Inn & Suites

This property is a well-tended, upscale Best Western. The Jerome location is easy to find, while not scenic. We can probably lay that to Jerome; the morning fragrance of the nearby dairy farms is not the fault of the hotel! Breakfast is excellent, with a person on hand to create an omelet for you egg eaters. There was plenty of other fare for me, and good quality tea.

We had a great stay for the one night we were in town. We were traveling across country and this was our last night on the road. It was nice to be greeted warmly despite the late hour we arrived. The breakfast was far better than our stays along the road. Waffles, pancakes, cereals, yogurts and fruits as well as a made to order omelette bar. All of the staff we encountered were very nice and friendly but the staff in the dining area were so friendly and welcoming it made a great start to our day. The interior was a bit dated but everything is very clean and well maintained. The beds had brand new mattresses, were comfortable and they have a pillow bar you could choose the type of pillows you prefer for your beds.

This hotel is great. We have been coming for years and have been pleased with the rooms and the service. What I like the best is that I recognize most of the staff as they are been working here for years. That, to me, is a sign of a great work environment which shows in how they treat their customers.

We stayed here last minute on a Saturday night with 2 dogs. There are no additional pet fees and after our AAA discount, we only paid $65. The staff was spectacularly friendly and kind. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was beyond expectations for a budget hotel complete with a made to order omelette station. I've never received better service for a $65 hotel room.

Exceptionally friendly staff. Clean rooms the staff is very knowledgeable about the area and willing to give you any information they can possibly give you. There is a Walmart directly across the street. There's a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Swimming pool is open 24 hours. I would highly recommend this Motel. Also they have someone come in and cook your eggs to your liking every morning.
