Hilton Garden Inn Twin Falls

Stayed here for a night in a road trip from Washington State down to Georgia, this hotel is eally clean, nice, and modern hotel. The layout is nice and organized, always clean, and a good price to stay at as well. I also recommend the Black Bear Grill across the street, amazing place to eat. Best hotel just because of the location. Only thing is that trying to get onto the highway can be slightly difficult during daytime due to traffic. Other than that small thing, one of the best hotels I've been too!

They charge a $75 pet fee! We were traveling from Arizona to Washington and need a place to sleep. I googled Pet Friendly Hotels and this one came up. I checked in and told the gal at the front desk we had a dog because I didn't know if they had specific rooms for people with pets. She didn't say anything about a pet fee. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable. I thought this place was great and planned on staying there on our way back to Arizona UNTIL I saw the extra charge on my credit card. I called to ask why there was an extra charge and they said it was a pet fee. I just want people to know about this since it is not clearly posted anywhere and they did not say anything upon check in.

The hotel was nice in a convenient location. The bar guy was short with us when asking about food options. And infomred us he was only one working and only had 3 items. The beds were so hard and the pillows flat. Then, charging $15 for breakfast buffet that they give for free at Homewoods Suites or Hampton Inn and Suites for the same price room rates is not worth staying at this hotel.

The rooms were fine, served their purpose - but the service by staff was above and beyond! We left behind our AirPods and they reached out to us, and shipped them to us! Super impressed and appreciative!!!

This place was very clean and nice! I’ve been road tripping across the country and most places in a similar price range are disgusting. This was a nice surprise! Right next to lots of restaurants and Target. Can’t beat that.
