This place was very nice. It has three floors, and granted, they are going under some renovation, the service there is still amazing. The breakfast is really good, they have many options. The suites come with two beds, a TV, a fridge, a microwave, and a bathroom. When I got to my room, was bamboozled by how nice it looked. It was a great place to stay especially for a small town like Jerome.

This hotel is very updated and modern with a friendly andwelcoming staff. The rooms were very nice and beds super comfortable I could have slept in but unfortunately had to get out at sunrise. Breakfast was nicely set up with lots of options the eggs and sausage were cooked nicely so if you want a hot breakfast your good here. Of course they have the usual waffles too along with cereal, fruit, yogurt, bread, patties and juices oatmeal etc etc. there is also a big gas station next door with a big store so if your done for the night you can grab something there if you need it and fill up on your way out in the morning. I really enjoyed my stay here.

When I checked in, the person behind the desk said she needed my plate number for my car. I don't have it memorized and told her that. I have never been sent outside to get the plate number as I was here. I felt all of the staff were barely courteous. The person working on the breakfast stood in people's way as they tried to get milk, coffee, etc., saw there were people waiting and kept up her restocking. She didn't speak to anyone. When I checked out, the person behind the desk didn't ask if everything was ok, she just said "have a nice day". The breakfast food was a good selection but a poor taste. The mattress was not very comfortable. The positives were that it was clean and quiet and in a good location. The price was also reasonable.

Really clean and updated hotel. Staff is very friendly and go above and beyond to make guest Comfortable. Lives up to its name!

Easy access from the freeway, clean and quiet. Good breakfast, and you can ask for a to go box if your short on time. Pool, hot tub, and fitness room. Not much around to walk to, but a lot is a short drive away. Go and see the bridge and falls stay on the main drag into town.
