Stayed there a while ago with my kids, great location rooms with great views, wonderful area with shopping centers and a lovely restaurant near by. the front desk associate Zay was absolutely fantastic, very sweet, very accommodating. She made me and my kids feel right at home. Getting us a good room with a great view. She was the kindest front desk agent I’ve ever encountered. She treats guests like family. Now that’s is an employee that provides 5 star service. I absolutely would stay again.
Staff are so friendly. Rooms were super clean and comfortable. Pool was out of service, but they had alternative options. Breakfast was a good variety.
Clean, well-lit rooms with modern decor, comfy beds, good-size refrigerator, and powerful microwave. Front desk staff is helpful, friendly, and often funny. Morning breakfast has many tasty, healthful choices and a great view from the balcony. Housekeepers do a great job!
We got a double queen room and the beds were horrendous. I had to make a pile of pillows to sleep on or else I wouldn't have been able to sleep, before doing that my back hurt so bad I could barely walk when I got off the bed. My husband struggled as well, super uncomfy. The front desk staff and breakfast staff were extremely nice and accommodating. The pool and the general atmosphere were nice as well. The beds ruined the experience for us though.
The rooms were just ok but the shower floor was dirty/stained and the carpets were ok but felt like they need shampooed. The first room had holes in the doors that were patched but didn't have blinds missing. The second room had an unpleasant order, carpets didn't feel that clean and the bathroom exhaust fan was gross. Staff was very pleasant & the pillows were great.
