Hampton Inn Lewiston

We found someone else's dirty socks in our room. Better towells would be nice, or more. We were there 2 nights.It starts getting light outside around 4 am..if ya'll could install black out curtains that would be awesome. 250.00 a night is pricey, BUT we felt safe being in our room. Breakfast was yummy, staff was very hospitable.

They have a beautiful patio area with a beautiful view, especially at night. The room was beautiful. The pool was great, although it was a little cold.

Nice hotel when visiting Lewiston, ID. Emma at the front desk was very friendly. Rooms were clean and quiet. Service you expect from Hampton inn, fresh cookies, fruit, and a good selection for the continental breakfast. Nice views from the back patio.

I ALWAYS look to book with Hilton as a first choice everytime we travel since we are Gold members - even in other countries. This is the worst customer service I have ever had. Our room was not equipped with the right amount of towels, bedding, etc. The pullout sofa is DISGUSTING!!! I asked the front desk where our Gold Member bag was and he proceeded to tell me they “ran out”, the attitude was just horrible. I’m sorry, but I’m paying close to $800 for two nights and this is the crappy service we get? I put so much money into this brand on a yearly basis and I am just soo disappointed. I know we will not be staying here again. One more night after tonight and we get to check out!

I've stayed here 3 times now, and it's always great! The staff is so lovely, and there are warm cookies in the evening. I also really appreciate the breakfast and how quiet the business center is.
