There must have been a different staff there when we stayed because the comments that say nice staff must be an overall review of this company. Every other time I come into this hotel there has been a very rude woman at the front, twice she has had a here on her lip to top it off and was very impolite and just nasty to I and my wife no matter how cordial we are. Rooms are decent but low quality, I would recommend the room for a quick stay but would not recommend this place to visit frequently.

This place is not a five star hotel, but it was sufficient. The place is on the edge of Lewiston away from the traffic. About a 5-10 min drive to Nez Perce Indian Reservation. Staff are helpful. Rooms are small and dated, but for the price can't complain. Microwave in room worked well, and tv was HDMI. Breakfast consist of an all carb menu: toast, cereal, instant oatmeal, coffee and waffles. If you're just passing through and need a place to sleep, this is it. I'd stay again.

The staff was friendly, but overall I have to give this hotel a low rating due to the room quality. There was only 1 outlet in our room that actually functioned properly, so we were not able to charge two phones and keep the lamp on (which was the only source of lighting). The springs in the bed were really creaky and kept waking me up every time I moved or rolled over. And I am a fairly heavy sleeper. There was a used loofah that was left in the shower and questionable stains on the inner side of the shower curtain. Lastly, a condom (luckily, still in the wrapper) was left on the floor in plain sight. It seemed like our room was not thoroughly cleaned and the stay could have been enhanced if someone had done so.

Although we had reserved and paid for our room three weeks in advance, upon arriving to check in at 2pm as advertised, we were told that due to them having a full house the previous night and the fact that they only had three housekeepers, our room wouldn't be available for another hour. When we were able to check in an hour later, we found our room had NOT been thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed. The sheets were dotted with yellow stains and the room had an odor to it. The air conditioner struggled to get the room cooler, which finally happened four hours later. Although it was a room with two queen beds and could accommodate 4 people and we booked it for 3 people, there were only two bath towels. The access door to the building from the outside was supposed to only be opened with a room key card for security, but the card lock was non functional, therefore the door remained unlocked, accessible to anyone who wanted to go in whether they were staying there or not. Although checkout time is at 11am, we were disturbed at 10am by housekeeping wanting to clean the room. Where was housekeeping the previous day when we wanted to check in at 2pm and were delayed by an hour? I expected this place to be a little less ghetto, but I guess you get what you pay for. We WILL NOT be staying here again, there are plenty of other places with compatible prices and better accommodations. Sorry Days Inn, Lewiston, Idaho, epic failure.

Lady at the front was friendly and helpful. Rooms appear to be clean and tidy. AC works great. I would stay here again.
