Nice organized shop. Found my little machine screws and then a couple of Metric Cap screws .. no problem. Cost a whole 50cents. Perfect.

Always Great friendly service, staff has helped me find exactly what i need every time i come in. I came in immediately after the previous lady complaining about potato chips. I myself enjoy eating as well, some people even say eating is actually necessary to live. Who would have thought?

Very unwelcoming environment; good pricing on items purchased. I had to repeat my order length 3 times. Purchased chain and carried it to my car myself. I was just at a truck company having purchased a tarp and had offers to take that box to my car...much lighter. No offers to help take it out. Sales person “crunched and munched” on potato chips while talking to me and went bag to his snack after immediately placing my order on a stool. Hum...

Ordered 1000 stainless set screws I was told the would be 4 to 7 day. A month later I call to find out what is happening with my order. after 30 min on hold turns out the received my order did not call and put my order on the shelf and sold them. Very disorganized sales team if you need to order anything I would think twice and try any of the other Bolt supply stores.

Good stock, but the owner and staff have such poor business attitudes that given a choice I would pass on shopping here. No appreciation for the customer, ask them for help you feel like you have interfered in their day.

Don’t bother with these clowns, phoned 3 times for them to source me some simple bolts. No one ever got back to me. Staff acts like it’s and inconvenience to have to deal with you and has an overall bad and condescending childish attitude .What is wrong with people nowadays? Maybe it’s better down the road.
