Margaret in the paint department provided some of the best customer service I've had in a very long time. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. The store in general has some items that aren't available elsewhere in Red Deer. Everything went perfectly here.

I went to this store looking for items that I used to buy in that chain of stores. Things have definitely changed over the years. I am giving five stars to this place because of the customer service that I got from the employees. They were super pleasant, friendly, and very nice to talk to. Kudos to the employees at this store.

These people will go the extra mile for you. They will treat you fair, with respect and help you any way they possibly can to meet your needs regardless of your level of experience in construction or home improvements. More than once have they ordered products for me when I was in a pinch and worked around my schedule. Thank you to all the Home Hardware Staff.

Too small and not enough of anything I needed. Prices are way too high and unfortunately they just can not compete with Lowe's or Home Depot. It was a good little store when nothing else was in Red Deer, but now that there's competition, I rarely go to this store. Who wants to drive all the way across town and be let down by this tiny little store with little selection and high prices.

about the mask mandate, the great staff at this establishment both at their work stations!! which are not required to wear a mask if the customer is clearly 6 feet or more away from the counter, we are all trying our best and are not always perfect, the customer service here is always above and beyond and honestly at least its on their face!

There reason why certain people have their jobs and customer service at home hardware definitely have the right people in place. Great family feel and respectable attitude to the customer. Willing to go the extra mile to help solve your problems. Online orders were on time and at a good price, customer service online were willing to try and solve any issues you may have. Family feel, good prices and helpful staff.

I've been shopping here for many years and I've never been disappointed. Just got a great deal on a pellet grill from Tyler and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!

We were checking out prices of composite deck boards. Over the years we have bought all sorts of things from them. It is a great place to buy a BBQ. Ours came from there. They have a great selection of Dewalt products. The last Dewalt tool I bought there was a 60flex volt strimmer last year.
