I've been with Red Canoe since before they became Red Canoe - pretty much my whole life. I've always had great service here, whether I am at home or on the road. Don't expect them to be exactly like a bank, because they aren't a "bank" even though you can do most banking activities here. Red Canoe is a Credit Union, and when you open an account you become a member.

I've had an account here for about 5 years. I've always had great customer service and pretty much no problems. Their only weak link is their online banking which is not very intuative. This is a deal breaker for me since I live and die by online banking. All-in-all a good bank if you don't use the online services much.

Great at wasting your time in long lines, being unhelpful, and having machines that don't work.
