Hands down, the rudest and most deplorable customer service disservice skills of any bank employees I’ve encountered since I’ve been banking, which is almost 40 years! My first bank account was started at Bank of America back in 1984, by my parents… not this location though, thankfully!nnNo one should be shocked this location has a whopping 2.2 star rating. Considering not only their apathy, but total disregard of a possible future customer and how they acted incredibly unprofessionally towards me… nope. Not one bit of a shock they only have 2.2 stars. If anything I guess I am shocked they don’t have a 1 star rating, considering the appalling nature of their Outright hatred of non-customers.nnI just walked 2 miles, fast paced to get here before they closed. I even called this morning to confirm they could exchange foreign currency for me. They couldn’t bother answering their phone so it bumped me to the national call center. They confirmed, yet said nothing about account holder requirements. So after speed walking 2 miles to get here before they close at 4PM…. They refused to help me and were actually real jerks about it. I even Asked the customer behind me who was also a jerk, and as I was leaving I asked Another customer if he could exchange it for me.. he reluctantly agreed … then the teller told him he shouldn’t exchange it for me!!!!! What a total scumbag! I can’t believe how disgustingly rude these people are! It’s truly shocking to me just how vindictive and soulless these people were to me… it’s no wonder I closed My account with this putred, vile and disgusting bank! I’d suggest you do the same, as I can’t imagine they treat their members much better than the abhorrent way they just treated me!

Always long lines to see a teller. Mobile app cannot read a check half the time. A very frustrating bank. The customer does not come first at this bank. No Saturday hours of operation.

I bank at this location purely out of convenience; the big issue for me is the wait time for literally anything. Today I was surprised to have been helped by a very pleasant teller after immediately walking in the door only to be asked to have a seat in the lobby, which was full of people. The wait time ended you being around 25 minutes to be seen by someone. If you have pressing obligations or appointments, I would plan a visit to this place relatively early. Otherwise, I have always been helped by very nice people

At least a half hour wait at all times when I go in there. I deposit a check from the same company every 2 weeks and I still have to wait up to 4 days sometimes. I've seen more than 2 people working the counter 1 time in my life, while they have people in a line from one entrance all the way across the building to the other entrance. All of this is while I watch 2-3 people constantly chatting with one another having a good time.

This branch is filled with exemplary employees. I have never had a bad experience. I'm always greeted when I come in the door. No matter how busy it is, these employees make sure to deliver consistently amazing customer service. I can't say much for the actual banking services, I just make deposits, but the people here are wonderful!
