Chase Bank

The wait time at this place is awful. I don’t mind waiting in a drive thru most of the time because it’s more convenient as I have a small child, but the service this bank offers is another level of slow.

I use Chase because they are everywhere I travel, they are HUGE! I have experienced trouble when their system crashed nation wide but usually everything works fine, and most of the time the staff is friendly

I signed up for a promotion that was to give me $250 if i got dorect deposit within 50 days. Well it took me 67 days and they still gave me the 250. Awesome!!!!

Have four secured bank accounts by court order through them for my children. The oldest just had to have two pieces of ID to receive her money out of the account now that we've came to the second child now I need a court order and a bunch paperwork plus two pieces of ID and this is my third trip to the bank and we still don't even have her money out after 2 days. I hate to see what's going to happen in two more years when my next one gets his out and then three more years after that the last one he gets his out! I think it's time to go get another court order to have their funds moved!
