Real Canadian Superstore

Initially asked 2 staff where electronics was and location they sent me to had not been electronic area in some time. Fortunately there was young lady working that knew what was going on in her workplace and located item I was there to buy and set me up with the person in charge of electronics. If not for these ladies I wouldn't be saying excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. As for the first 2 staff that were clueless: every workplace has a couple of rotten apples that make everyone look bad.Great job ladies, you rock.!

It's a great store with great products. However, they are poorly arranged for peak traffic. You can't have more than three carts in most lines before hitting shelves. Needs more space at the front, or should use the common line method up the centre aisle.

The store is well supplied and prices are okay for the most part. However majority of the cashiers are extremely slow! I don't like the layout of it as well. Coming from Atlantic Canada and comparing to Atlantic Superstore this one is way worse. PC points are awesome but either they don't sell what I want or it is more expensive than the other stores.

I would say this superstore has the best customer service I've seen in a long time! On top of that, the food selection is great (especially for natural/organic foods and products!) I find it's a modern day General Store - I buy my food, my clothes (Joe Fresh!), and see my doctor/pharmacist all under the same roof! Orleans is lucky to have this store!

The pharmacy was able to find and provide a specific antibiotic for our daughter. We went to and called numerous pharmacies before finally being saved by this location. We are truly grateful.
