Shoppers Drug Mart

Unfortunately I cannot rate this as low as I would like (-0), this place has the most unfriendly and unprofessional, rude and impatient staff that I have ever encountered, also in the post office is the most irate clerk running it.. definitely lacking people skills, patience, and politeness.. advice for all ... You should all try to smile and greet customers with a smile,😊 more often instead of complaining and gossiping. The Owner(s) should take the time to actually pay closer attention to staff and give them most needed people skills training and perhaps encourage them to learn some kindness and values Poor business etiquette all around .. Good luck with your business. This store should be rated -0 . Folks there are a lot of better choices in Orleans!☹☹

Was visiting from out of town and unexpectedly needed a prescription refilled at about 9:15 at night. Went in and found the Associate/Owner working in the pharmacy and she happily called my home Shoppers to arrange permission for a refill while I waited. Less than 10 minutes later I was on my way back to the hotel with refill in hand. Thanks Lindsay!

I would like to apologize to thw supervisor on duty today at 430pm...I apologize for coming into your workplace and expecting you to actually work. What was I thinking!? I was unaware that my request to have passport photos taken as advertised was such an inconvenience for you. Thank you for taking the time away from Twitter to serve me, a paying customer...

Absolutely Horrible experience. I went in to buy Sony noise cancelling headphones. I stood at the cash for about 15-20 mins waiting for someone with keys who finally came out. Then I stood there again for another 15 mins waiting for someone to ring me through, nobody would help me. A young girl came out who was supervisor and told everyone to go to beauty. I was fed up and left the headphones and left. I would never EVER go back here.
