Update: then shoppers proceed to transfer my file to a pharmacy located in Montreal and not the new pharmacy in Orleans that requested my transfer . And the name of the new pharmacy and that of Montreal are different. Talk about a disconnect! Thankfully it has been resolved by my new pharmacy and i am happy with the service.nnReceptionist while I was trying to fulfill my prescription was extremely rude and unhelpful . Zero bedside manner to say the least. Felt like I was dealing with a spoiled brat. She shouldn’t be working customer service so I went out of my way to switch pharmacies. I have been using the same pharmacy since 2010. Plan to only use their Canada post outlet moving forward and won’t be purchasing anything from this shoppers , will use another drug store which is also close by.nDo better!nThanks

pharmacologist:nnI had a very positive experience at the pharmacy. When I visited with an eye infection, the pharmacologist was very professional, attentive, and caring. They carefully listened to my concerns, explained the medication clearly, and made sure I understood how to use it properly. Their help made me feel comfortable and reassured. I truly appreciate their support and excellent service.

I have to go back a long way to think of the last time I had such terrible customer service.m anywhere. Clearly my business is not wanted there. I waited at the cashier for a while for someone to help me and then was told that I as the customer don’t matter. That the cashiers are busy with other jobs - essentially that sticking shelves is more important than helping me. There was no bell or other way to seek service at the empty cashier, nor a sign saying I could take my to pharmacy or something. In a nut shell, I could go somewhere else if I want service - and I just might. There is Rexall and other pharmacies where they haven’t treated the customer like a nuisance that gets in the way of more important things.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the pharmacy. When we arrived with my sick child, who is under two years old, to pick up his antibiotic, we were made to wait for about an hour. Each time I inquired about the prescription, I was told it would take only ten more minutes. Meanwhile, the pharmacist and her assistant were casually enjoying their Ice Cups and laughing, showing a lack of professionalism. When I finally asked for my prescription to leave, the pharmacist insisted I stay and assured me she would have it ready immediately.

Terrible experience waited 10 minutes at the cash for someone to finally come. Lady took her time to close her Pringle bottle before serving me. They do not sell scratch ticket after 8 PM. Bring your business elsewhere. Don’t go to this shoppers drug Mart. The one on Portobello is better, they value their customers more.
