Shoppers Drug Mart

Went in after work to pick up some basics but was asked to leave my bag at the door. I told them that my work laptop was in the bag and i cannot leave it unattended. They told me that this store had a policy against backpacks entering the store. Promptly left and took my business elsewhere.

The pharmacy team is knowledgeable and caring. They're always able to help with last minute/speedy prescription fillings.

They are the best ! The pharmacy staff take the time to answer all your questions and truly listen to your concerns. They are very supportive - I don't feel like just another number.

Many bad experiences with the prescription counter. They always have to "order" the medication or cream. I always had to go back a few days later to get the simplest of prescription. Not once did I came out with prescribed medication or cream on hand at the time I dropped the prescription off. It even took over a month to have my IUD. When I told the lady about my experiences she didn't seem to care at all. I will not go back there.

Good sized drug store that offers groceries, snacks, and items. Shopper's loyalty program is solid, although the regular prices are higher than average.
