Overall it's a good place to shop with a good variety of fresh produce and other products. Sometimes they run out of items on special and sometimes the aisles can be a bit cluttered but overall it's a good place to get your groceries for a reasonable price.

They tend to be slow to restock dairy products. Often, I've come to pick up yogurt or 3% milk and there is NONE. Also, basic produce such as cilantro, carrots or bell peppers will be completely missing from the produce section. How is this possible when every other store in the vicinity has them in stock. They have the better prices and loyalty program so I typically come here first but often find myself doing another stop at a different store on the way home because they were out of stock of many items. They need to better monitor the inventory and staff stocks for peak and post peak shopping hours weekends and Monday.

Horrible customer service! The cashiers are not trained properly on how to speak with the customers. The cashier I went through the other day started complaining about how she’s so sick and can’t work etc. If you’re so sick why did you even come to work stay home! Then she had the audacity to comment on how my mom looks, and how I look nothing like her. Another incident with a cashier who I believe was new, she asked whether I was collecting points and I said yes. I waited for her to let me know when to tap my card but she never did I asked her if I can collect them but then she said it’s too late and you should have tapped the card yourself without me telling you to. Every time I go to superstore they always tell me when to tap the card but she wasn’t told that.

Convenient, clean and usually well stocked. They offer Click & Collect and I love this service. You order products, put in a credit card, pick a time and day you want to pick up, on that day and time you pull into one of the 4 reserved stalls - call and tell you are picking up for - your name, they will ask how you want to pay. Can leave it on the credit card you provided in the check out of your order or tell them cash, debit or even plus points if you have them. They will bring your order to your vehicle and load the groceries where you want. You get a receipt of your order and if you have plus points loaded or in store- it'll show up on the receipt if you are entitled to any. You will learn get an email when your order is ready and if there were substitutions or not in stock. I was leary to try it but I did to see how it works and I have ordered 5 times now and only once I got a less than perfect produce item but all the other produce was great. Dairy products have great expiry dates. I did get an out dated chip product. Just take it back to the store with your receipt and they will gladly refund or exchange for you. They also take coupons, just let them know when picking up your order. You can also find discounts - online. Great service if you can't shop or don't have the time to shop. They do charge a pickup fee, $3 weekdays and $5 weekends. Not bad to pay someone to shop for you and the majority of items are fresh and good dates.

We often find this store frustrating: shelves are empty with no prices or stock tags; price check machines were removed then returned but are difficult to locate if they're even functioning; everyday staple items like milk, cream and cheese are often out of stock; prices are higher than Walmart; staff are untrained and unable to direct you to simple items; fresh produce like oranges and apples are substandard and often rotten; items we purchased for years are no longer available ONLY at this store; best-before date items are often on the shelf past the date; substandard merchandise and food items are often on the clearance racks for only 30% off and shouldn't even been sold for human consumption. Store manager response is defensive and nothing improves. We often have to stop at another store on the way home because they were out of stock of many items. Management needs to better monitor inventory/stock and best-before dates, and better train their staff to be knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Unacceptable standards in this store.
