Real Canadian Superstore

Love shopping here! Love how clean the store is and I'm able to find everything I need! I can ask anyone on the floor and they are able to help me with all of my questions. The only part I'm never a fan of is going to the cashiers.. I always remember to check who isat which checkout because I haven't always had the best service with some of the cashiers. Some of the ones who've been there for awhile will have their light on but nowhere to be seen and the other cashier have made me wait at that till until that cashier finally shows up (they should just shut their light off if not near the till). Also, I tend to buy multiple cases of water at a time. I've had some cashiers make me pick up each one individually to scan(when it's all the same cases of water) ..while others will have a code at their register and punch it in without me touching the water. I think all cashiers should be on the same page. I usually price match or I would always go to self cash outs. I always go to self cashiers if I have nothing to price match.. I still rate it 5stars because I really do love this place. I just look ahead to see which cashier I'm going to so I can be sure to have the best experience

Found staff to be very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately didn't help the extremely overpriced items. Realize wages are going up however doesn't account for some items having a complete dollar amount increase. This is already an extremely overpriced store comparing to competitors increasing them further has really guaranteed me revisiting very doubtful.

The superstore usually has the best selection and the healthiest options of high quality food in sarnia. You do however pay a bit more and the service quality is not always what I would like to see. It is bright clean and has more departments like clothing and house wares etc. Than the other grocers in sarnia.

good range of products and reasonable prices. clean.lot of parking. has hot food can eat there. Presidents choice points. Halal food section. Refuel gas station

Prices were great, but cashier waited forever for a price check for package of luunch meat. Other cashier was asked to go check and she made some comment about she never hurries. When supervisor was informed she just shugged her shoulders. We waited at least 10 minutes and the lady that was waiting for the price check had already packed all of her groceries.
