Jon is gone, and they seem to now require 5 people to do his job. Since then, I have watched what was once a good pharmacy devolve into utter chaos. I watched 2 people take 10 minutes to solve an issue simple expired health card on my file that would have taken 10 seconds. I offered to help them by giving them the new number but was ignored until I was finally asked, as it was clearly needed to solve the issue. This issue came up twice now, and they said they fixed it when it first happened in July. Very rude phone service. Girl became combative for some reason when I got confused about medication names and new prescriptions. It's also become quite the revolving door, every month I'm seeing new people working there. Not too sure what's going on behind the scenes, but there's clearly a lack of management, and possibly experience as all the workers look pretty fresh out of college. Do yourself a favor and move your pharmacy to Superstore if you want one in that area. Then at least you can also grab a few groceries in the meantime, instead of the not so peaceful sound of Fox FM being drowned out by 5 people running around setting everything on fire.

When you answer the phone at a place of business, you answer identifying the business; NOT 'Hello?' AND, if you place someone on hold REMEMBER TO COME BACK TO THE PHONE!

I have used Rapids Pharmachoice for many years and always found all the staff so polite and helpful. Johnathan has been like an extra doctor to me, whenever I need help or advice about something I talk with him. He is a wealth of knowledge and so very kind, always willing to help and if it's something he feels is serious will definitely refer you to make an appointment with your doctor. Thanks Rapids. Love the Pharmacist she very very thoroughly..ask a question they find the answers .One thing I found if it not on the shelf ask them and it is available they order it in for you. They just don't have room for everything like the bigger pharmacy..
