I took my daughter in law there today Saturday and what a FANTASTIC experience! We saw James wonderful caring doctor and them a video check in with another doc. From check in to walking out with 2 prescriptions it was just over 35 min. The pharmacist and staff were friendly and very caring. Excellent and highly recommended

I wish I could give this place a 0 rating. My family and I just moved to sarnia and we do not have a family dr. My 2 year old son is very sick and we all tested negative for covid so I brought him in to this "walk in" clinic. My son was turned away as he himself had not done a covid testagain he is 2 although the rest of my household is negative and because apparently this isn't really a walk in clinic despite the name of the place being walk in clinic. I was told i can book a same day appointment. I got my sick toddler back in the car and was sent a text to book and there are no times slots. I called back and was told they can't see us then. This "walk in" clinic turned away my sick little boy and refused to provide him medical care. Shame on you. Change your information so SICK people don't waste their time on your office.

Texted first thing this morning to get an appointment for my 4 year old who has a throat infection and had an appointment right away! Welcomed at the check-in desk when we arrived and was in the room speaking with the doctor in no time! The doctor did a great exam and made sure my son was comfortable and laughing the entire time! Connected quickly with the virtual doctor who provided clear instructions and sent over the Rx to the pharmacy immediately. Back in the waiting room to wait for the Rx to be filled - which took no time at all. Spoke with the pharmacist when the Rx was ready. He was so kind and even gave my son a chocolate brownie points!. We had such an amazing experience at Whiltshire and would not hesitate to head back. I might even transfer my Rxs over! Honestly, a great experience!

Another great experience at Wiltshire Pharmacy / Walk-in Clinic Remedys even if it was only for a flu shot. Fast, courteous staff, short wait time and very good prices on needed items. Thanks, keep it up.

And that's being generous, honestly had an absolutely horrible experience, super rude and unhelpful receptionist. Cold hearted, showed up a few minutes late because I took a wrong turn, after having a really hard time booking an appt for a "WALK" in clinic and they cancelled just like that, absolutely no mercy shown and again at a "WALK" in clinic. I used to occasionally go here with my family, but after this experience, we won't be back. Thoroughly disappointed with the lack of care I was shown, especially after telling them that I've been sick for a month and all I was looking for was a throat swab to see if I have strep.

So apparently during covid I had a phone appt and they refused to treat me on the phone or help me at all which resulted in me hanging up in frustration.. so now I'm banned from the walk in clinic forever for refusing treatment that they refused to give me? Lol. It makes zero sense.

SERIOUSLY NEEDS A -1 REVIEW. It's Sunday and I went to the "walk-in" clinic just to be refused because they were all booked with appointments!.. WALK-IN CLINICS ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO TAKE APPOINTMENTS! THAT IS WHY THEY ARE CALLED WALK-IN CLINCS! PLUS THEY ARE THE ONLY "WALK-IN" CLINIC OPEN ON SUNDAY IN THE ENTIRE CITY!

I've taken my daughter here a few times when our pediatrician was unavailable. I cannot say enough about the doctors and particularly one man who works here.  They are so kind, empathetic, thorough and truly care about their patients.  One of few places I've felt comfortable and trusted almost immediately.  Thank you for being so patient with my incredibly shy twonager "Nice Doctor"!!!

Booked an appointment, in and out in 30 mins with 3 prescriptions. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you again Wiltshire Pharmacy!

I absolutely love Wiltshire Pharmacy and Walk-in clinic. Ehab and all of the staff members are nothing short of amazing. They're extremely welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. From my experience, they are the fastest in Sarnia and usually have you in to see the Dr and out the door with your filled prescription in hand in no more than 30 minutes.
