While inside the store I had a surprise when I returned to my vehicle. Someone had twisted my driver side mirror pushing it toward the front of my vehicle breaking it almost off. I parked properly within the lines. I had no confrontation with anyone but this parking lot appears to have no security like others patrolled malls. The NoFrills was a pretty good store but outside is questionable. I will not use this store in the future as a result. Do sad

This store has a great selection of foods targeted toward the international student community. They sell bulk bags of rice on pallets, a large bags of spices.nThey tend to have a bargain meat option, today it was pork chops for 4.89/kg. However, their selection of finer cuts was absent.

Ive had a positive experience every time Ive gone shopping. Helpful staff, clean store. Friendly! As someone who moved here from Toronto, all I can say is wow! Such a difference!

A nice bright, clean store with friendly staff ! Normally good prices but just recently one item we have been buying regularly, Arva Flour, a local company, took a very large jump in price ! It has been $5.99 for quite some time but just recently went up to $10.49, a $4.50 increase in one shot ! Now I realize prices go up but that seems to be a bit much so I contacted the flour company themselves and immediately got a reply saying they have not raised their prices in over a year so they can't account for the large price increase at our local No Frills store. This bothers me and even though we have been doing the majority of our shopping at this store we may change this and only go there for very specific items and do the majority of our shopping elsewhere ! I will be looking for the owner the next time I'm in the store to ask him about this large increase and show him the email from Arva Flour Company.
