RBC Royal Bank

First time at this location because I had card troubles at a coffee shop nearby. Cathy went above and beyond in helping me. She was so sweet, looked into and assured me that there was no issues with my account. Figured it mustve been the POS machine at the coffee shop but asked if I needed to take cash out, got the amount I asked for and then also went to ATM machine with me to make sure my card didn't give anymore troubles. She was so thoughtful because she didn't want me stranded for the weekend.

The management here needs to take care of their front line people. I went in and there was a line up to the door and ONE employee on the floor as everyone apparently called in sick. I felt so bad for her. Get it together management! Other than that the staff I've dealt with have always been nice & friendly, but this short staff stuff is stressful for us as customers and shows a lack of respect/caring on their part for us and their employees. I'll go else where, where everyone is happy and not stressed out. I feel for the staff.

The task of being an executor of my fathers estate has been going smoothly until I had to deal with this branch and a credit on his MasterCard for $58. It took 3 visits, over 3 hours and a branch manager who chose to make it even more difficult. Avoid this place and RBC as an executor

Despite having four mortgages . They make you wait like cattle. One teller during busy times. Nobody advisers can help you on weekends . What a joke. CIBC much better. Once my mortgage is termed. I am transfering
