I went to this bank a couple of times. Staff is friendly, but during the afternoons you have to wait a lot. I advise clients to go to this bank the morning if possible because the service is faster.

I walked 1 km to this place as it shows on google that I can withdraw money from atm, to my shock door was locked.. this is harassment .. kudos to td bank which could offer me money for just dollar 3 extra charge on 300.. I hate rbc now

Looking to join a bank when we moved to Canada. Tried here, the process seemed incredibly difficult and the banker we got did not seem to want to help us. Went down the road to CIBC and they were lovely.

Friendly staff, but very understaffed. I always wait FOREVER at this location.

Service isnt as good as it use to be. Waited for an hour in the commercial line and no one came to apologize for the long wait nor did they bother to add someone to a counter to expedite the line. The new tellers seem to be half asleep and work so slow.
