Signed up for their RBC VIP account with the hopes of getting their free Apple watch. The staff who opened my account assured me that I would be getting the apple watch even after I explained to him the method of my "recurring payroll." Months later, no apple watch. I'm still waiting for the staff to get back to me ...perhaps he doesn't work there anymore.

Horrible service at lunch hour. Made me wait for 20 minutes to access my safe only because they told me to wait on the side watching all the customers pass in front of me

Absolutely love this RBC! Such and amazing crew who are so down to earth and relate-able! Always a great experience there! Carlos, and the Afro-Canadian teller, (did not get her name) are absolutely amazing!!!!

Always long waits for service here. Occasionally they'll throw extra staff into the line to help, but they always start from the back of the line... Do you not know how lines work? Maybe helping the person that just walked in instead of others that have been waiting for 15 minutes only makes everyone angrier.

This branch always seems to have friendly and helpful staff. I really appreciate that. They seem to be very knowledgeable about the products and services RBC offers.
