RBC Royal Bank

Very slow, do not respond back! If the person you first deal with is absent, good luck as no one will help you! I thought RBC was great, I was considering to move all my banking products there but with the current experience, OUT OF QUESTION! Plus, no reception desk (or invisible person) so if you have a general question, you have to wait a long time to see a Teller! And by the way, the teller cannot help you!

Customer service is horrible at counters, watched multiple managers walk around branch looking at how busy it was and leave the store to go on break rather than help ease some of the traffic coming through

This particular RBC is one of my favourite location because the peope who work is just awesome and very friendly. Like they always make it a point that they always ask the customers if they have been serve or someone already help them, financial advisers are also great so as the simple customer representative. Awesome service i would always go back here even if its a little too far from me.

I was just in not too long ago and dealt with a wonderful young lady, I think her name was Maury or Maurine. Anyways, she exceeded my expectations and provided me with the best customer service. She was patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. She did all she could to accommodate my needs while keeping a smile on her face. Thank you for the excellent customer service Maury/Maurine.
