I went to this BMO branch for my mortgage and I had a 5/5 experience. Aimee was the mortgage advisor I worked with and she was absolutely amazing to work with. She seemed to genuinely care about you getting the best experience possible in shopping for mortgage. Highly recommended.

I went in to do some simple banking and deposits. The service was pittiful. I had opened a new account online. When I stepped into the branch to pick up a card and sign paperwork, I was informed that ALL deposits I make will be held for a period of 4 business days. For the first 30 days. I work for the Federal Government. I recieve paper cheques. I find it awful they will not clear Government funds. Its a matter of a phone call to confirm funds are available. There are banks that offer better customer service and financial help.
