RBC Royal Bank

Horrible loan officer at this branch, the woman was rude from the start, evidently hated dealing with poor customers. Officious demeanor from the very beginning of the appointment with her, so bad in fact she brought my mother to the verge of crying. We reported her to the branch manager (this branch manager was nice and pleasant) but sadly that does not change the bad feeling we were left with by this horrible loan officer. Evidently all the Royal Bank's hype about being helpful and wanting to serve their clients - is just that marketing hype - at least this is the case at this branch. We felt upon leaving our appointment today that nothing would be done to correct this loan officer's way of dealing with customers. In a word avoid this bank if you expect them to be considerate and actually listen to what you have been advised to do by their own head office. :(

Bad service. A woman in her late 40's or in her 50's who works there is so rude. I talk to her in french and she replied to me in English. How is that professional if she can't even speak french in Mtl? I also think the workers should welcome clients properly and not give them bad attitudes...

I've been an rbc client for years now and I only have problems with this specific location. Rbc is so stern on their rules and regulations which makes it very annoying to deal with sometimes. A Middle Aged woman who works as a teller gives me such a hard time everytime I come in. She's past very degrading and racist comments. For example, I came in today asking some clarification about my account but she was unable to provide the help I needed and mentioned that I should go elsewhere with my business. She's rude and I really dislike this specific branch because of her.

This the worst bank succursale that i have ever known. The manager Rosanna who's supposed to be the head of client care is the most rude and undiplomatic banker ever. The rest of the stuff is clueless, slow and some of them are outright liers.
