Terrible bank. I am a business customer for over 8 years and with no issues on my account. Bank manager Gordon something promised to get back to me on issue and failed to do so. i have also had issues with other staff hanging up the phone on me or not even picking up! this has affected my business in a negative way! this is not right and small business owners should get more support from banks that they pay so much fee's into.
