Horrible place. The guy with no hair is rude. Went in to join to this bank and the who create my account never issued me a debit card. I have been waiting for 3 weeks and just talked to someone now I have to wait another week. Great way to start as a new customer.

Went in this branch on several occasion and was ignored. The tellers are always busy doing paper work as if my time is not valuable. Lucky for me this is not my main bank. I get way better service at TD.

Worst Royal Bank I have been in. Worth the drive to Hyland Road for much better service and friendly tellers.

The bald guy working here has terrible customer service. He kept wiping his nose with his hands and picking his nose with his thumb while handling my client card. This is not the type of service that I have come to expect from this branch.
