This Scotia Bank branch is undoubtedly one of the best banks I have ever had business with. Staff at this branch are all friendly and professional. They are very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I had appointments with financial advisers at this branch. They are for sure the best ones in the industry that they are working in. You can count on their advise! The branch manager, Paul Smith, is a very nice person. A real professional character who truly cares about customer satisfaction. I am planning to bring my whole company business to Scotia because of the friendly and excellent service I get from this branch! Highly Recommended!

I've been to many Scotiabanks across SW Ontario and this is by far the most excellent branch I've been too. I would personally drive accross town to keep my banking with the amazing customer service and professionals at this location.
