Worst td branch around.  Very rude tellers! Was great when they first opened but has since slipped below average.  I'd rather drive 2 extra min. To a different branch for better service

This branch does need some improvements in the customer service. Over the several months, I have started moving my banking away from TD due to lackluster service....in more ways than one....This used to be a top notch branch, but has slipped greatly....I downgraded them from 5 stars to 2

If you are trying to do anything more than use the ATM, go to a different branch. They never actually answer the phone, return voicemail messages several days later, and have actually LOST paperwork which delayed processing and meant that I had to return to the branch to fill out paperwork all over again. Some customer service reps are nice, others are snarky and blunt, but none of them actually have answers, nor can they actually get things done. Their ineptitude has lead to a simple application taking well over two months to process. DO NOT work with this branch of TD!
