Not too happy with the staff at Erb street! They treat coloured peoole differently to white people! Everytime I go there to deposit a cheque for my husband or his company, I get asked a LOT of questions! For christ sake! Its NOT my account I am putting money into!! I did not know, only the account holder is allowed to deposit cheques at TD!! Thank god I have my acounts with Scotia! People are way friendlier and not sarcastic at all!

I do not appreciate nobody at the branch office answers the phone. I am calling them because I need an answer on the phone not at the end of the day.

They don't answer the phone and let it go to voice mail. Now they suggest that you call Easyweb for immediate service. Why aren't you providing immediate service at the branch? We don't call to visit. We actually need help THEN.

This TD Canada Trust is amazing. The manager Shawn is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They store always has someone greeting, and often, they have books for sale, and the profit goes toward charity. My mom and I just bough some, and had a nice time reading them. I opened an additional checking and high interest saving account, and was blown away by the service I was provided. It only took a few minutes, and I left happy knowing my money would be growing with such a high interest rate. The customer service offered online for credit card purchases was also superior. The representative explained the import charges for my purchases from the states and even offered to refund the difference if I wasn't happy. I was so pleased with her service. If I have any more questions I won't hesitate to call. The ATM's at the bank are open 24 hours a day and really make any banking you have convenient. The machine is user friendly, intuitive and helpful for anyones quick banking needs. Thank you TD Canada Trust

the customer service rep at this location today insulted me by saying that i am the reason clints don't come to this branch , and continued to give me a lecture in life, he insulted me . He played Mr. police offers for an issue that was out side the branch and had nothing to do with bank. and this took place out side the bank.
