She denied letting me take money out bc I only had 1 peice of id since I got robbed. I even had access to my account w the rbc mobile app & knew my pin #. told her so much info. Claims she was keeping my acct safe but she knew damn well

This is a lousy branch... very slow to do any transaction. The staff are unfriendly with "who is the boss" attitude. On my last visit to withdraw a relative large sum of money, they made me wait almost 30 minutes before I received it. Even though I am a senior, they would not issue me a draft for the cash without charging $7.50.
