BMO Bank of Montreal

This branch is very tricky, if you plan to go another place first and then go back to here, you shouldn't park the car at their parking lot, since they would peep you from the window, one minute after you leave the car, they would call the towing company. Even they could have a chance to warn you, they wouldn't, they just tow your car blindly. Most important is, their warning sign is located in bush and opposite to the parking lot, so it's not easy to see it at all! Good thing is I just haven't had an account with BMO yet which is a thing I planned to do this afternoon, but I will not do it ever.

I had a business account with BMO for a couple of years. Based on my account type, the transaction fee of $20 was waived as I kept more than the minimum balance required in my account. More than one year ago, I received a letter from BMO, they cancelled the type of account and I had to pay $20 every month. The fee is much higher than other banks for the number of transactions I have per month. It took me more than one year to transfer my entire account to TD. BMO has no intention to keep and respect the loyal customer like myself. Bye, BMO!

Just want to share my experience with this Branch, Ms. Kristan Asst. Branch Manager Thank you ..Thank you so much !!! for taking care of my request so promptly and understand my concern. I was out of town and something urgent came up relating to Bank service, without any hesitation Ms. Kristan took responsibility of my request and even called me to confirmed all was taken care of. Excellent BMO Branch with very good staff !

PEOPLE *AND* BUSINESS SHOULD AVOID THIS PLAZA AT ALL COST. Why? SO MANY people had their car been towed and been extorted for $300 (day) or $360 (evening) simply because they parked car there and walked away for a while, most likely walked to the hospital. Nobody wants to visit hospital, when it has to be, there must be something urgent or inevitable. Certainly the plaza could post signs everywhere and extort people "legally", however there's another way that it gives people a little convenience especially when they have urgency or difficulty. I would imagine people could visit/shop there as a "thank you for the help", hence brings more people/business there. Unfortunately, when one person got screwed up there once, one and his/her family and friends will never visit there ever, which is very bad for the business there... p.s. I gave it four stars with my best wish, although I would never visit this plaza again. period.
