This location has very poor customer service. When a customer walks in do NOT ask them if they would like to use an ATM  machine. If I wanted to use a ATM machine i would have gone through drive through in stead of walking in and waiting in line to see a teller. On another note the employees should not disrespectful when a customer is depositing their hard earn money into their account, regardless if its in 5's, 10's 20's. If you have an issue counting the bills, take it to the machine that will do the counting for you. That simple

I have been with RBC all my life and my grandparents have been with them for over 40 years and they are great. This branch is an amazing branch. Great group of people and they help you with all you need without hassle.
