RBC Royal Bank

Very slow service. Management does not seem to care how long the wait is. I always have this sunk feeling every time I have to come here. The branch manager Mohamad Bayado handed me his care with an I don’t care attitude. Here’s the card

Although I initially had doubts after reading reviews on Google, I was impressed with the helpful and efficient banking staff who assisted me with my transaction. Navshika was very professional and helpful, and the bank manager was extremely eager and cordial. its a busy place and bank has many customers, I suggest going in early close to opening hours to get things done quickly. Overall, it was a great experience.

This bank sucks, every time you walk in the have 4 people hovering around 1 computer and a line up to the door. Get in line 10 minutes before closing time and the line magically dissappears. Put a change machine in so I dont have to stand here for 30 mins. I will be going through the pain of switching banks because the pain of poor service is worse.

A lost or stolen credit/ client card with a long time customer requires zero sense of urgency with royal bank. They are more annoyed I came to them for help then calling the useless toll free number.

Terrible banknPoor customer service, long lines, not enough staff and the staff that they do have only a few of them care about helping you. Will be moving out business to another bank.
