RBC Royal Bank

I've never waited less than 20 minutes to get to a teller. We pay enough for your services, hire more tellers, you can afford it. My time is valuable as well. Too much chatting between customers and tellers. Stop chatting about the weather when the line up is too long, which is the majority of the time. That goes for both teller and customer. Have a teller just for simple transactions of one minute or less. I don't want to be constantly informed of new services or options for my accounts. I didn't ask for a sales pitch, especially after waiting for 20 needless minutes.

I feel that having paid thousands in interest and service fees over the last 31 years Royal Bank might have better customer service at the bank. If I could do this online I would. TERRIBLE staffing.

Wait times are way to long, Try to improve it, I come in for simple things and it takes way to long to get done

Worst branch I have ever been in....longest lines staff always socializing with each other always lots of staff and long lines because of this....has happened to me 3 times in one year I always avoid this branch when I can

Very nice and helpful. It would be helpful of they were open a little later. It is a very clean and peaceful atmosphere as you walk in.
