The bank has moved from productive young employees to a very, very slow motion mature people, I have been client since 2017, and it is getting worse and worse, maximum 2 cashiers working and more than 20 minutes per transaction, totally unacceptable. What a Shame from the efficient and friendly service they used to provide.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The policy whereby the banks can only provide customers up to 3000 a day is absolutely absurd. If anyone has a business or is doing renos where contractors are paid by cash is a complete nightmare. More than an hour wait isn’t conducive to someone who works Waiting in line over an hour is not acceptable. There are no chairs for folks who cannot stand for this amount of time. 2 to 3 tellers with over 20 ppl in line. Thank you for your services but I’ll be taking my banking back to a credit union. I’ve never experienced this there ever.

If you’ve got scammed online through a fraudulent transaction or in the future, you need to know this. 99.9% of the time this bank will say: “It’s the victims fault”. In other words, THEY DO NOT CARE WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY. IT IS 100% ALL YOUR FAULT. Client service is terrible in this regard while they face such cases regularly throughout the year!

In this branch I had a very good experience. They are a very nice and proficinal people. They are looking to give all the necessary advices that help you improve your banking matters, also make your business day easy as they can. A espical thanks to Ashli, she is nice peron and looking forward to help the  clints and make thier day easy.

This location offers a slower service lately yes, but they have to deal with these different times too. No business is perfect these days. Once it's my turn, service is great, friendly and professional!

Worst bank ever. If you are trying to make it a quick visit, think again. Lack of staff and overwhelming line ups. No one seems to even care. If another branch is within half an hour from you, it is worth your drive to save time.

This RBC is brutal. They desperately need to open another location somewhere in the the area. If you come here, expect to wait an hour in line and to watch some incredibly slow star. Really wish there was another option in the area but this is it. If you are in between locations, go to the other one. Even if it’s a bit further. You will save time.

There was only 3 people in line this morning I was beening the 3rd by the time I was served the line was backed up to the door . This is rediculas then spent 10min trying to make a payment on a credit card are you kidding me . Do not go to this branch you will be there all day long and most of us do not have time for that .it's so slow it's  Aggravating

Why is it that NOBODY answers the phones!! If you call your branch you don't get to talk to anyone from it, when you call 1-800 number you still don't get an operator. I have had to drive to my branch to get an answer... RBC needs to respond to callers!! Ridiculous

Worst customer service long wait times. Middle of the afternoon on a Monday and there are 13 people in line with only 2 tellers. Tellers will actually leave for break? while the long line waits.
