RBC Royal Bank

usually my experiences here are good but the last time I came in I ended up getting an awful teller. I understand that tellers have to let customers know about services and promotions that the bank offers and that's fine but my god this lady was so pushy. She tried telling me how my bank accounts work (ones I've had for years) and when I tried to correct her on how they really work (charges, how many transactions I can do, etc) she got snooty and defensive until she looked at my accounts and realized she was wrong. She was invasive it just annoyed me so much I left with a headache. After getting home I realized that the transaction type was Bank Reconsilation instead of Deposit and that just confused me, how could she make a mistake like that on a simple cheque deposit... Seriously, if you're in line for the tellers and Shreya is the only one available, just go to the machines

Something I dont understand is how on government cheque days in this neighborhood this bank only has 3 tellers on. Dont do your banking here at the end of the month. Just dont do it.

Just became a customer not too long ago. Now that they have me seem to be ignoring me. Have left voice-mails and emails over the last two weeks but no one is responding. I guess not all customers are important.
