SUBWAY®Restaurants

No greeting. No smile. No nothing from the three sandwich artist October 12th 12pm. My sandwich was literally passed on and discussed right on the line. Three rude employees including a vet member of the team Becky. I'm most shocked because this company and particular store gave me my first job. I have never been treated so rude. I then also noticed after I was passed along the sandwich line. The crew began to greet other customers accordingly. Smiles and warm welcomes the kind of attention valued customers get. Jackie Jeff Dan if you three still are the awesome owners I know and love. Just know this guy who considers your restaurant establishments home is hurt. Sad in fact.

The staff is not trained to handle gluten intolerant/gluten free customers. I ordered “gluten free” bread, but the staff member asked “white or wheat” and pulled a loaf from the rack that was clearly not gf. When I made a comment, he again stated that I the bread was gf. Luckily I just have an intolerance, and am able to consume gluten without getting violently ill, but I’m concerned for those who do have serious wheat allergies. If you don’t have gluten free options, just tell the customer, instead of lying. I would avoid this location if you have serious food allergies.

The employee who opens at this store is terrible and should be fired immediately. I came to this location a few days ago at 915am and the store was open and all set up to serve customers, the doors unlocked and everything. I walked in and there were no employees there at all. No one in the back or in the bathroom. I waited for over 10 minutes in the lobby, called out several times to see if anyone was in the back, even called the store's phone while standing in the lobby. Eventually I gave up and went to the nearest subway to report the incident. That subway called the franchise owner to have him go check on the empty store. After leaving this subway I drove by the empty one to see if there was anyone there now. And there was an employee behind the counter. I returned to this subway today for breakfast and it was the same employee. He looked pissed off when I walked in, didn't say hi, didn't ask me what I wanted. I told him I wanted a chicken breast sandwich and asked him if he could add the egg to it. He just said "no." I said "You don't have it?" Then he yelled "no!" I said "isn't that the point of a breakfast sandwich? The egg?" Then he really got nasty "I don't have it, I'm waiting for my truck!" I was so irritated that I told him I didn't want the sandwich and I left. This subway is the closest to my home and I want to continue eating there but twice this week I've come here and not been served. This employee has to be fired!
