The men and women that work there treat you like you're less than Human! If you can avoid this place, then definitely do.

They take over an hour to answer your calls. Long waits no matter if you have an appointment very lousy customer service

For the last 7 years, Ramsey Co Social Services has helped us and did a fair job. However, this year, has been difficult. No one like more paper, but I have a suggestion or two. 1. Have an automatic letter go out when you receive correspondence from your clients. If the there is a back log of work, send out another letter, letting the client know what is going on 2. Enable your telephone unit to be able to answer clients by being able to be able to 'see' the documents, and give the latest status of request,renewal,answer inquiries, etc. 3. Have an on-line application system, which may include status & telephone number to call if the client needs to speak with someone. 4.Keep things transparent. 5. Set up "town hall " meetings to get feed back.

It's dirty. Parking is awful. If you need to do anything here, expect it to take many hours.
