Ramada High River

The people who checked us in/out were both really nice. Service was fast. Our room was decent - the bed was really comfortable and the shower pressure was GREAT. I also loved that they had conditioner stocked in the shower for women and men with longer hair travelers. The breakfast was also one of the better ones we've had at a hotel. There were scrambled powder eggs, bacon, potatoes, oatmeal, boiled eggs, cereal to include a gluten free option, coffee/tea/juice, yogurt, pastries, and pancakes. We'd absolutely stay here again.

I was struggling to find a hotel that would accept a major card just to hold the room and pay using debit and then I came across this hotel. William has been amazing! Superior customer service. Went above and beyond his duties and was the most polite attendant I have ever dealt with. The room is huge and the breakfast looks amazing! Only thing that could be better is larger televisions. That's a definite minor compared to most issues. It looks as though they also have a gym! Excited to take use of everything they have to offer and definitely enjoy the conversation with William. A definite 5* and a 10* for William and his amazing customer service!

Had an awesome experience staying at Ramada In high River. Very accommodating to our needs. I did give the room a 4 star though cause I felt it could improve In cleanliness a bit. Otherwise a good stay.nnMhay did a great job with breakfast. Again, very accommodating to our gluten free needs and she is very friendly and has a smile on her face! Variety to choose from as well. Would stay here again.

Came here with my husband to stay for our one year anniversary. We chose High River as we planned to attend dinner and the Train of Terror at Aspen Crossing. From the moment I called and spoke with Gem at front desk, she not only helped us book the jacuzzi suite but also helped us with our plans for Aspen Crossing. When we checked in we were delighted to see the staff went above and beyond to welcome us to the room, with rose petals, a personalized note, snacks and wine. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay, and so grateful for the wonderful staff, in particular Gem! Ty!

The hotel was easy to access. They had a great breakfast. The staff were very personable and helpful. When they're was an issue, it was taken care of immediately. All in all, an awesome experience. 10/10.
