I would give 0 if I could. The pictures on the website show much nicer updated rooms, the beds feel like they are over 10 years old with springs, the furniture is outdated and stink. The bed feels like you're sleeping on the ground.I booked a 2 queen room and im pretty sure I was stuck in a 2 doubles. The heaters are so loud sounds like a train. There were kids running and screaming up and down the hallway. Breakfast options were ok, safest pick would be the waffles. Would not recommend staying in room 217 the beds suck and rob you of a good restful sleep.
We had a wonderful overnight stay at this hotel. The check-in was easy, the room was spacious and restful, and the breakfast choices were great. We also appreciated Catalina's friendly and accommodating service. Our family had a great time. Highly recommended.
Had a great stay at Super 8 High River. Clean rooms, comfy beds, and friendly staff. Check-in was quick, and the breakfast hit the spot before heading out. The location was convenient—easy to get in and out of town. Bonus points for having a pool and hot tub, which were perfect after a long drive. Would definitely stay again.
I have a lot of hotel experience and this place was a god send after a couple of not so great nights. The staff is great, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the grounds are great if you travel with dogs as I do. Would definitely recommend and come back :
This hotel was spotless — seriously one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed! The housekeeping team clearly takes a lot of pride in their work. The waterslide was a huge hit with the kids. The pool area was well-maintained and super fun. Breakfast in the morning had plenty of hot and cold options — something for everyone. Staff were friendly and helpful. We will absolutely stay here again!
